The redesign introduces a range of flexible spaces, including acoustically optimised meeting rooms, private work pods, relaxed lounges, and a multifunctional café. The heart of the building—featuring a striking piano stage—acts as a cultural gesture, inviting moments of spontaneity and performance into the workday.

Materials like natural wood, felt, and leather offer tactile warmth, while graphic murals, bold furniture lines, and soft lighting add rhythm and identity to each zone. Whether it's quiet focus, collaborative sessions, or social exchange, every corner supports a specific mode of working.
