NSI Head Office | Amsterdam

NSI’s Amsterdam headquarters has been reimagined as a vibrant hybrid workplace that supports different work styles and moods. The renovation includes private call rooms, focused workstations, casual seating, and meeting rooms ranging from small brainstorming spaces to full boardrooms. Materials, lighting, and textures shift subtly across zones, creating both clarity and comfort. The kitchen and café area serves as more than a break spot—it's a welcoming space for informal chats, spontaneous meetings, and guest hospitality. With this redesign, NSI moves away from a one-size-fits-all office and embraces a flexible, people-first environment that encourages productivity, connection, and a sense of belonging throughout the day.
