The Atlantic Dubai|  Restaurant

The Atlantic Dubai restaurant, located in Souk Al Bahar, offers stunning views of the Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera House, and Burj Khalifa. As the first franchise of the renowned Melbourne seafood restaurant by chef Donovan Cooke, it opened in January 2017, managed by Solutions Leisure.

Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Australian coastline, the interior features shades of emerald green and natural textures, creating a timeless atmosphere. Guests embark on an "Ocean to Plate" journey, with the bar reflecting the vibrant energy of fish markets and an open kitchen, while the main dining area exudes a relaxed, beach-like vibe.

The design emphasizes purity and refinement, with contrasting soft, warm surfaces and cool, glossy finishes evoking the interplay of sand and water.
